الملخص :
ضياء الدين المقدسي (569 - 643 هـ / 1174 - 1245 م)، المحدث والفقيه والمؤرخ، ينتمي لأسرة اشتهرت بنشر العلم والعناية به، وهو صاحب "مدرسة الحديث الضيائية" بدمشق، قدم الضياء نموذج للعالم المجاهد في سبيل الله، وشارک مع عدد من أسرته صلاح الدين في استرداد بيت المقدس من الصليبيين.
تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على ضياء الدين المقدسي بوصف کونه مؤرخاً، وذلک بما قدمه لنا من کتابات عن تاريخ هجرة المقدسيين إلى دمشق هرباَ من ظلم الصليبيين، کما سجل تراجمهم أيضاً.
ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نلقي الضوء على حياة ضياء الدين المقدسي العلمية، ورحلاته وشيوخه ومؤلفاته، والموارد التي اعتمد عليها في الکتابة التاريخية ومنهجه في الکتابة.

Abstract:
Dia Al-Din Al-Maqdisi (569-643 AH / 1174-1245 AD), A scholar of the hadiths of the Prophet, scholar in Islamic jurisprudence and historian, belongs to a family famous for spreading knowledge and taking care of it Al-Diaa presented a model to the world who fought in the cause of God, and participated with a number of his family, Saladin, in reclaiming Jerusalem from the Crusaders.     This study sheds light on Dia Al-Din Al-Maqdisi as a historian, with his writings on the history of the migration of Jerusalemites to Damascus to escape the oppression of the Crusaders, and he also recorded their life history. Through this study, we shed light on Dia al-Din al-Maqdisi's scientific life, his travels, his teachers, his writings, and the resources he relied on in his historical writing...
