استقصي فيه المواضع التي تحدث فيها القرآن الکريم عن البخل، ودرسها دراسة بلاغية کشفت عن بلاغة القرآن في معالجة هذه القضية التي تناولها من جهات متعددة وفي مقامات مختلفة، وذلک من خلال حصر مواضعه وتحليلها تحليلا بلاغيا، کما تحدث عن مقامات بخل الناس کافة وبخل المشرکين وبخل المافقين وبخل المؤمنين .
He investigated the places where the Qur'an spoke about stinginess, and studied it a rhetorical study that revealed the eloquence of the Qur'an in dealing with this issue, which he addressed from many sides and in different places, by limiting its positions and analyzing it rhetorically, as well as about the positions of the sting of all people and the sting of the polytheists and the sting of the hypocrites and the stinginess of believers.
