الملخص :
هذا البحث يدور حول ظاهرة الضرورة الشعرية ومفهومها المختلف فيه بين الجمهور وابن مالک، فالجمهور يرى أن الضرورة هي ما وقع في الشعر مما لا يجوز في النثر سواء أکان للشاعر عنه مندوحة أم لا، وابن مالک يرى أن الضرورة هي ما يُضطر إليه الشاعر، ولا يَجِدُ عنه مندوحةً، وبناء على هذا الرأي اعترض على بعض أبيات الضرورة التي يمکن أن يعدل الشاعر عنها، فهي ضرورة لا ضرورة لها، وقد وردت آراء موافقة لرأي ابن مالک وسابقة عليه، وبلغ عدد الأبيات التي أحصيتها وقد استعملت فيها الضرورة في غير ضرورة ثمانية وثلاثين بيتا ما بين ضرائر زيادة، أو نقص، أو إبدال.

Abstact:
This research revolves around the phenomenon of poetic necessity and its different concept between the public and Ibn Malik, the public believes that necessity is what happened in poetry, which is not permissible in prose, whether the poet is a need or not, and Ibn Malik believes that necessity is what the poet is obliged to do, and does not find it necessary, and on the basis of this opinion objected to some verses of necessity that the poet can modify, it is a necessity, and opinions have been received in accordance with the opinion of the son of Owner and predecessor, the number of verses i counted and where necessity was unnecessarily used thirty-eight houses between increased, deficient, or replaced.
