الملخص :
يتناول هذا البحث قادحا مهما من قوادح القياس، وهو قادح الفارق، والتطبيق عليه من الأقيسة في مسائل أصول النحو، وقد حصرت في ذلك ما يقرب من خمس وثلاثين قياسا مقدوحًا فيها، فجاء البحث تحت عنوان: (القياس مع الفارق وأثره في الحكم النحوي).
وقد حوى البحث مقدمة: تم التعريف فيها بالفرق، والقياس لغة واصطلاحا، وأهميته، وأركانه، وأنواعه، وبيان أثر الفرق في حجية القياس.
صلب البحث: قمت بعمل دراسة تطبيقية عن أثر قياس الفارق في بعض الأحكام النحوية، مرتبة المسائل حسب ألفية ابن مالك.
وفي الخاتمة: ذكرت أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج.
وقد اتضح من خلال البحث أن قادح الفرق حجة ومعتبر، ومؤثر في القياس على رأي جماهير النحويين، وأنه ورد على كثير من الأقيسة النحوية لدى علماء كلٍّ من المدرستين البصرية والكوفية، فأدى إلى بطلان القياس فيها.

And its impact on the grammar judgment

Abstract :
This research addresses one of the most important objections of analogy, which is the objection of difference together with applying necessary grammatical syllogisms of the issues of the grammatical principles thereon. In this regard, I have tackled up to thirty five objected grammatical syllogisms; hence, the title of the research is as follows: (Analogy in terms of Difference and its Effect on Grammatical Ruling).
This research includes an introduction .its contains the definition of difference and analogy in language and idiomatically as well as its importance, pillars, types and indication of the effect of difference on the legal validity of analogous reasoning.
At the core of the search , I have demonstrated the effect of the difference on requesting the application of analogy in relation to nouns, verbs and prepositions of ordered issues as per Ibn Malik Millennium (Alfiyya of Ibn Malik) book
In the conclusion, I mentioned the most important findings
It is obvious by virtue of this research that the objection of difference constitutes an evidence and is considered and influential in analogy pursuant to the opinion of majority of grammarians. In addition, it is prescribed in most grammatical syllogisms as per the scholars of both Basra and Kufa Schools; hence, the application of analogy thereon is invalid.
