الملخص:
يدور هذا البحث حول أصل من الأصول النحوية، وهو التعارض بين الأدلة النحوية والصرفية، والأسس التي اعتمد عليها النحاة في الترجيح بين الأدلة المتعارِضة، وبيان العلاقة بين أصول النحو وأصول الفقه، وإبراز بعض صور التعارض في كتاب "غاية الأمل في شرح الجمل لابن بزيزة، ت(662هـ)"، وتطبيق أسس الترجيح عليها.
وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة بينت فيها الغرض من البحث، والمنهج المتبع فيه، وتمهيد ذكرت فيه نبذة مختصرة عن المصنف (الزجاجي)، والشارح (ابن بزيزة)، والعلاقة بين أصول النحو وأصول الفقه، وتعريف التعارض والترجيح والدليل لغة واصطلاحًا، ويليه فصلان لبيان بعض صور التعارض بين الأدلة، وتطبيق أسس الترجيح عليها، وأنهيت البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال البحث، ويلي الخاتمة ثبت للمصادر والمراجع.

Contradiction and preference between grammatical and morphological examples A practical study on “Ghaiyat al-Amal fi Sharh al-Jomal Ibn Bazaiza T (662 AH).

Abstract :
This research clarifies one of the grammatical basics, which is the Contradiction between the grammatical and morphological examples, and the basics on which grammarians relied on their selection between Contradiction examples, and showing the relationship between the basics of grammar and the basics of jurisprudence and highlighting some forms of contradiction in the book “Ghaiyat al-Amal fi Sharh al-Jomal “by Ibn Baziza T (662 AH) and applying the basics of preference to them.
The research has included an introduction in which I  clarified the purpose of the research, the method used in it, and a preface in which a brief summary of the volume (Al-Zujaji) and the commentator (Ibn Baziza) that was mentioned, and the relationship between the principles of grammar and the principles of jurisprudence, and the definition of contradiction, preference , and evidence linguistically and idiomatically, followed by two chapters to explain some Pictures of the conflict between the evidence, and the application of the basics of preference on it, and I have finished the research with a conclusion in which I showed the most important results that I reached through the research and the conclusion that is followed by the sources and references.
