 الملخص
يقوم البحث على دراسة أحاديث رسول الله -ﷺ- من صحيح البخاري في سياق دعوته إلى حفظ النفوس، والدماء لبيان الألوان البلاغية التي أعانت على إبراز خطورة استباحتها. والكشف عن مدى تأثير الأساليب البلاغية في معالجة القضية. للخروج بالبلاغة العربية من حيز الدراسة التقعيدية النظرية إلى دراسة تأثيرها على الحياة العملية. وانتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في التحليل البلاغي للأحاديث. وبيان جزاء إهدار الدماء في الدنيا والآخرة. وجاءت الدراسة في مقدمة، وأربعة محاور، الأول بعنوان: - أثر البلاغة في بيان حرمة الدماء بالإسلام والعهد، والثاني: - أثر البلاغة في بيان مقدار حرمة الدماء عند الله. والثالث: - أثر البلاغة في بيان عاقبة إهدار الدماء في الدنيا. والرابع: - أثر البلاغة في بيان عقوبة إهدار الدماء في الآخرة، وذيلت الدراسة بخاتمة وفهارس.
وكان من نتائج الدراسة إثبات قدرة الأساليب البلاغية النبوية بمعونة السياق على خلق حواجز نفسية، وعقلية من استباحة الدماء. ومن ثم الامتثال لدعوة رسول الله في صيانتها، وحفظها. ومنها صلاحية الأساليب البلاغية النبوية لمعالجة الظواهر المجتمعية في كل زمان ومكان؛ لملامسته -ﷺ- لأغوار النفوس، ودواعيها. وفتن العصور وملابساتها.

From the call of the Master of Eloquence to preserve souls and blood in Sahih Al-Bukhari, a rhetorical study

Abstract:
The research is based on studying the hadiths of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - from Sahih Al-Bukhari in the context of his call to preserve souls and bloodshed to demonstrate the rhetorical techniques that helped highlight the danger of its permissibility. And revealing the extent of the influence of rhetorical methods in dealing with the issue. To move Arabic rhetoric out of the realm of traditional theoretical study to studying its impact on practical life. The study followed the descriptive approach in the rhetorical analysis of hadiths. An explanation of the punishment for wasting blood in this world and the hereafter. The study came in an introduction, and four Topics, the first entitled: - The effect of eloquence in explaining the sanctity of blood in Islam and the Covenant, and the second: - The effect of eloquence in explaining the extent of the sanctity of blood in the sight of God. The third: - The effect of eloquence in explaining the consequences of wasting blood in this world. Fourth: - The effect of rhetoric in explaining the punishment for wasting blood in the afterlife. The study is appended with a conclusion and indexes. One of the results of the study was to prove the ability of prophetic rhetorical methods, with the help of context, to create psychological and mental barriers to bloodshed. Then comply with the call of the Messenger of God to preserve and protect it. Among them is the validity of prophetic rhetorical methods to address societal phenomena in all times and places. Because he - may God bless him and grant him peace - touched the depths of souls and their motives. The temptations of the ages and their circumstances.
