ملخص البحث
يُعد البدو الشرقيون من الهويات العرقية التى تعرضت لها النقوش المصرية القديمة, وذلک من خلال وجودهم وتوطنهم فى المناطق المجاورة للحدود الشرقية فى مصر القديمة, فنشطت النقوش بمناظرهم التى تعبر عن الجوانب الجغرافية والثقافية واللغوية وحتى الاختلافات الجسدية للبدو الشرقيون, وقد ناقش المصرى القديم فى هذه النقوش التفرد العرقى الذى کان عليه بالنظر إلى جيرانه الاقليميين من البدو الشرقيون, وذلک من خلال الرجوع إلى المصادر المصرية القديمة, بما في ذلک نقوش المعابد والمراسلات الملکية واللوحات الخاصة ونقوش المقابر الخاصة بالسير الذاتية, القصص الأدبية من الدولة القديمة إلى بداية العصر المتاخر فى مصر القديمة.
أهداف الدراسة :
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الهوية العرقية للبدو الشرقيون  من خلال تصور وفهم المصريون انفسهم  وتمييزهم لجيرانهم من البدو الشرقيون عن بعضهم البعض,  وذلک من خلال المسميات المتنوعة التى اطلقهاء قدماء المصريون على جيرانهم من البدو  بصفة عامة والشرقيون منهم بصفة خاصة, والمفردات الدالة على ذلک فى النصوص المصرية القديمة, الأمر الذى سيترتب عليه فهم أفضل للتصور العرقي في مصر القديمة عن البدو الشرقيون.

Abstract:
Eastern Bedouins are one of the Ethnic Identities to which Ancient Egyptian Inscriptions were Exposed, And that is through their Presence and Settlement in the Areas Adjacent to the Eastern Borders in Ancient Egypt , The Inscriptions became Active with their Scenes that Express the Geographical, Cultural, lingual, Aspects and even the physical Differences of the Eastern Bedouins, The Ancient Egyptian Discussed in These Inscriptions the Ethnic Qniqueness that he had in view of his Regional Neighbors from the Eastern Bedouins, By Referring to the ancient Egyptian sources, including temple inscriptions, royal and private correspondence, stelae and tomb autobiographies, and literary tales, from the Old Kingdom to the beginning of the Third Intermediate Period.
Objectives of the study :
The Study Aims to Highlight the Ethnic Identity of the Eastern Bedouins Through the Perception and Understanding of the Egyptians Themselves and their Distinction from their Eastern Bedouin neighbors from each other, through the Various Names Given by the Ancient Egyptians to their Neighbors of the Bedouins in General and the Eastern ones in particular, and the vocabulary that Indicates this in the Egyptian Texts this will lead to a better Understanding of the Ethnic Perception in ancient Egypt about the Eastern Bedouins.
